Недавно смотрел ленту новостей и наткнулся на забавное видео из Ноорловского лесопарка, который находится прямо в середине Сак-Петербурга. Что у вас там правда НЛО? Кто вкурсе отпишитесь.

How can we influence on humankind destiny?
Many countries have already declassified the documents which confirm existence of aliens. There are proofs that bases of aliens exist on the Moon. And even United Nations is going to appoint special person responsible for future contacts with aliens. Planet Nibiru is flying to the Earth, we are expecting the poles shift. What else the planet Earth and the humankind should survive? What outer space events we are expecting on 2011-2012?

NASA discovers new life.

"NASA has discovered a new life form—called GFAJ-1—that doesn't share the biological building blocks of anything currently
living in planet Earth, using arsenic to build its DNA, RNA, proteins, and cell membranes. This changes everything."

What strikes me as odd with travis walton's case is that his spoken-accounts doesn't really seem like it would of lasted for 5 days. What do you people think about this?

You are probably are aware that all this alien and ufo stuff is some strange-ass-shit. It's a bizarre marriage of physical evidence and strong witness testimonies to hallucinations, cultural influence, mythology and down-right delusional thinking. We have testimonies of people seeing things that seem to react to what they want to see and shape-shifting tricksters that paralyze you at night lurk around corners staring at you in the face, making themselves only more fearsome when you are afraid. The structure of the abductee's mind and how they perceive reality largely defines what the abductors do and that's weird. Weirder still is that there are some patterns that are universal. It's like a dream-world that manifests itself into reality ever so slightly with some triangle shaped scars here and some scoop-marks there. Clothes left on backwards and hours gone unexplained, how bizarre these dreams are, they seem to be half-real.

Star light star bright I see a star moving tonight. Wish I may wish I might not have it cause me fright.

Straight through the walls they are coming, they're coming to take you suddenly and painfully. They are inherently undefinable and will never truly emerge into reality, these demented bug-eyed creatures.

Can I tell you guys about a weird dream?

I was sleeping at my friend's place and was dreaming that I was sleeping at my other friend's place. In my dream I woke up and was paralyzed and something was horribly wrong so I started screaming but in my other dream I wasn't actually screaming- I couldn't make any noise. Anyway- I've been paralyzed in dreams before so that wasn't too unusual for me. The odd part about this dream is that my friend's cat came to my rescue in it. She did so by coming straight up to my face and staring at me- her big cat face looking at me. This actually made me feel a lot better but kindof unsettled me for how strange this was. I've had other dreams where things sometimes even typical grays stare at me. I don't know what that means but I think it's weird.

so yeah, that's my weird dream.

The other weird thing in my life is that there's this stretch of woods that I bike through sometimes and it's become very difficult for me to feel safe biking through there at night. I just- I don't like it there. It usually takes me two hours to get through it and there was this one night that I embarked at 5:00pm and didn't make it home by 10:00pm, going through these woods. I didn't really find it odd at the time but that night I went through the same place that scares the crap out of me now. It's a little unsettling.

I go to manhattan sometimes and I'm considering talking to budd hopkins about it- if he has the time for me. I don't know though, I know something is a little weird about some experiences like this. While they could be nothing- part of me doesn't really want to know. If something happened I don't really want to remember, but then I'm kindof curious about the whole thing. Anyone have any similar experiences and concerns?

Is Anybody Out There?
On this community, I mean? Six months since the last post...what, have the UFOs been grounded, have the aliens all gone home?

It's not as though reports of UFO sightings has dropped off. Check out the National UFO Reporting Center website. It's been recently updated, and it lists sightings by date, by state, even by UFO shape. Wherever you are, there's been a UFO sighting nearby.

So now you have two places to post your UFO sightings. NUFORC, and here.

Washington Sate and the Paranormal...
Has anyone noticed that Washington state seems to be a hot spot for paranormal activity (UFOs, abductions, Bigfoot, Ghosts, etc.)? I live in Spokane, WA and have had 2 UFO sightings and a couple encounters with ghosts.

I know that the term "Foo Fighters" was coined here, and also that in 1947 Kenneth Arnold saw a UFO in WA, that would later coin the phrase "Flying Saucers." There also seem to be quite a lot of reports of hauntings. Nearly everyone I've ever talked to has had a ghost story of some kind.

Has anyone else in this group had sightings in Washington, or have you heard stories of other people who have? I'm just curious: How creepy is this little state that I was born and raised in?

UFO Sighting

Just a few hours ago I spotted what I believe may have been an UFO. To my naked eye, I first thought it was a star. But it was shining far too bright, was a golden/sliver colour, and I could just barely detect a kind of circle that surrounded the UFO that looked like some sort of energy around it.
Now, I was lucky enough to have binoculars nearby, which I quickly took and pointed them to this possible UFO I was seeing. When I looked through the binoculars I saw that the UFO was actually multi-colured, although it did have the gold/silver around it. To be honest, I thought the UFO was beautiful, which may sound odd to some. Other things I noticed about the UFO was that it wasn't traveling at super-sonic speeds, but moving very slowly, almost as if it was swaying.

I did look up the internet to see if any other UFO cases were similar to this, and I found this page here: click This is perfectly the same as what I saw, except that the UFO I saw didn't fade in and out of sight.

But I'm curious to know if any others here ever saw something like this?

UFO Question
Assuming that UFOs are spacecraft piloted by extraterrestrials, why are they crashing into our planet so often? I watched a show today on The History Channel about Hangar 18 at Fort Wright AFB in Ohio. At one point they illustrated all of the UFO crashes that they suspect were shipped to Fort Wright. There were quite a few. So I started wondering... Are aliens really bad drivers? Do we have atmospheric conditions that are a problem for their ships? Or is our government (and several others) shooting them down? The implications of the latter are quite frightening. I mean, I think that we should have a say in whether or not our planet starts an inter-galactic war, you know?

Either way, has anyone read speculation about this? Or found a news article that I've missed?

Here's another question...
In all the decades of UFO sightings, was there ever a majorly discussed case that later turned out to have a provable and widely accepted non-ET explanation that was something 'other than a hoax'?

Perhaps a different question, but has there ever been a situation where everyone thought something was a UFO and some government later said "Yeah, um, it was ours. We just couldn't talk about it then" ... The stealth aircraft of the US come to mind, but did the US coming clean about this explain any really majorly popularized UFO cases?
2:34 pm
What are your favorite UFO cases?
The most believable? The most entertaining? (the entertaining ones don't have to be 'so believable')

Some of the ones I liked over time:

1) Steven Michalak (sp?) in Canada: UFO lands in the woods near him. Occupants speak some language (more like make noises) he doesn't know. The fact he's approaching the craft is apparently undersirable so craft immediately takes off again. He's burned by exhaust from craft taking off, and still has physical effects from these burns decades later that doctors can't explain... Why is believable: 1) this guy didn't do this to himself. If he did, -why-? and -how-? 2) The saucer shaped craft he saw (one of which landed and he got this close look at) were decades ago. If a secret government project, why aren't they used in modern conflicts?

2) Vicky Landrum and Betty Cash once saw a mysterious craft hovering over a Texas road. They all got bad radiation exposure and Vicky, who got closest to the object was badly burned. I do believe they saw the craft they described. Others supposividly saw the thing too. They didn't burn themselves. However this can't be ruled out as government project... After all, military helicopters were on-scene and I read online that the USAF eventually paid their medical bills(?). Last I checked the USAF wasn't in the health insurance business, so what made someone's exposure to a 'UFO' their problem (unless of course the thing was a military experiment and they could get in trouble over the matter otherwise)...

- Of course the triangular craft over Belgium in the 80's were pretty riveting... True some people enjoyed hoaxing such craft over the years, but military jets tried to follow this craft with only limited success... Could be a US project though? We have UAVs today. We had remote control airplaines in the 80's... why is a non-human-piloted UAV so far fetched in the 80's? (supposividly the craft made manuevers a human couldn't withstand). But then they were seen hoving silently in the air (which we can't do today still, except as a blimp, which some people have told me is what they probably were) and how come today we've heard no more about them (they didn't end up appearing in human technologies)... And if they were US, why were we flying them over Belgium? And if we had permission, how come their citizens still don't know what they were?

As for purely entertaining, there was the Fate Magazine article I saw in the 80's/90's about mysterious beings that would visit this person, and let them take pictures, but only in low light (gee, I _wonder why_), and they could not be touched or they'd explode (Gee whiz, Batman)

Then there was some (UK?) documentary which showed some guy and his girlfriend in the country who saw some spooky-looking balloon or jellyfish shaped object in the sky... This guy used his rifle scope to get a look at the object. If Obama wants to create a 'Secretary of Interplanetary Affairs', I recommend this guy. :-D Of course, if I were that guy, I'd have done the same thing. All sorts of 'stuff' can happen in the time it takes you to get that scope off the rifle :-D (And if it -does- turn out to be 'hostile', you now have a gun without a scope)
